Firm Background

Hydroconsult Engineers, Inc. (HCE) HCE is a San Francisco-based, woman-owned, civil engineering firm that specializes in water resources planning and design and water quality engineering. HCE has been providing expert services in the planning, analysis and conceptual design of water and wastewater conveyance, stormwater, sewage and combined flow, pumping, storage, and treatment facilities since 1975. 

HCE assists clients with permitting, regulatory compliance and environmental review and has operated a hydraulics lab where physical models of complex hydraulic structures, reservoirs and large pump stations are built and tested; and is highly skilled in the development of custom hydraulic and hydrologic computer models tailored for individual systems.  

HCE is certified by the City and County of San Francisco, Human Rights Commission as a Woman-Owned, Local Business Enterprise (WBE/LBE) in the categories: Civil Engineering, Water Resources Engineering, Environmental Impact Reports and Environmental Advisory Services (Vendor # 51733, Certification #CMD101913755).
